It’s the festival we’ve been dying for… a celebration of chalk and beer! First, I’m all in on a beer fest that starts at 11 a.m. The fact that it’s on the Historic Square in Marietta makes it even better. As a part of Chalkfest, the Craft Beer Festival presents the unique one of a kind opportunity to experience street chalk art and great beer. The event will offer over 100 craft beers for you to enjoy while walking the streets painted with chalk by professional artists. There will also be live entertainment and an artists market. The event is free. Beer tickets are required. Proceeds benefit the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art. chalktoberfest.com.
